He was predeceased by: his father David Purdin. He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his daughter Ally Welden; his son-in-law Anthony; his grandchildren, Harper, Easton and Colton; his son Drew Purdin; his daughter-in-law Adrianna; his grandson Elliot Andrew Purdin; his son Tyler Purdin (Kristy); his stepchildren, Cassidy Blair (Erin) and Dakota Blair (Jessica); his grandchildren, Aubree, Rylee and Jackson; his sister Emily Cooper; his brother-in-law Tom; his nephews, Jack and Carson; his brother Scott Purdin; his sister-in-law Christy; and his nieces and nephews, Max, Bailey, Zoe and Sam Purdin. He is also survived by family members and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Paramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to any of the following charities that have touched the lives of Andrew and his family: Donate Life, Make-a-Wish Foundation of America, Autism Speaks, or Hospice of Cincinnati.
