He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Louise Donisi (Rodefer); his son Frank Andrew "Drew" Donisi; his parents, Frank Andrew and Philomena Donisi (Parella); his brother Frederick Andrew Donisi; and his stepdaughter Jodie Reese.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Gray Donisi; his children, Cathi Brooks, Angelo Anthony "Tony" Donisi Jr. (Gretchen), James Michael Donisi (Kathy) and Mark Vincent Donisi (Robyn); his daughter-in-law Michelle Donisi; his stepchildren, Jamie Blake (Gary), Todd Gray and Tobin Gray; his grandchildren, Lisa Ledford, Derrick Brooks (Amy), Brooke Tinch (Gabe), Angie Foster (Chuck), Kirsten Donisi, Brette Karas (Matt), Cate Donisi, Mark Donisi, II (Angie), Nick Donisi (Allison), Anna Donisi, Angelo Anthony Donisi III, Tre Donisi Gino Donisi, Abby Rochelle (Evan) and Margo Sapp (Jake); and his siblings, JoAnn Bowman, Teresa Adams and Frankie Geese (Larry). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
