He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isidor Casper and Helen "Dolly" Casper (Willy Salet); his son Seth Steinberg (Shannon); his grandchildren, Evan Alexandria and Jordan Steinberg; his brother Robert "Bob" Casper (Mary); and his close friends, Will Allen, Pat Allen and Mary Allen.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodside Cemetery (1401 Woodside Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044).
