He is survived by: his wife Mary Hollon (Charlton); his children, Casey Foster (Todd), Misty Hollon (Phil Warrick), Shawn English and John English; his grandchildren, Blake Foster, Marisa Turnmire, Addysen Warrick, Quentin Warrick, Paige Warrick, Tricia Brown and Taylor English; his great grandchildren, Katheryn and Hunter; and his close friend Gary Kirby (Kim Langdon-Robinson).
