He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Puckett and Susan Puckett (Barnes); his wife Joanna Puckett (Heath); his daughter Mary Jane Stone; and his brother Earl Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Williams (Dominic) and Kevin Puckett (Barbara); his grandchildren, Christopher Stone (Samantha), Megan Cunningham (Nic), Jacob Williams, Katie Sannes (Bill), Courtnie Puckett and Allisa Marks (John); and his sister Pat Goode. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
