She is survived by: her children, Joe Hembree, Jr. (Regina), James Gary Hembree (Nickol), Gelinda Jo Gedelian (Ken) and Darrell Wayne Hembree (Debbie); her grandchildren, Joseph Faulkner, Zach Hembree (Ally), James Faulkner, Racheal Stacy, Joanna Phillips (Ryan), Dalton Hembree, Wyatt Hembree, Morgan Hembree, Richard Hembree and Darrell Hembree; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden Stacy, Aubree Faulkner, Emma Stacy, Houston Hembree, Lincoln Faulkner and Harlow Hembree.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton in Bonita's memory.
