She was predeceased by: her parents, Burgess Tope and Avonell Tope (Hollback); her husband Donald Burgess; and her siblings, Norma Carter, Earl Tope and Henry B. Tope Jr. Brenda.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Mayes (Cherie), Chad Mayes (Jo), Sharon Huston (late Terry Huston) and Theresa Salzer (Eric); and her grandchildren, Kaylee Nowak (Will), Matt Addis (Mollie), Madison Mayes, Kelsey Long (Amadeus), Austin Salzer (Taylor), Tabby Fry (Jake), Chad Salzer (Kelly) and Reid Salzer. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and other loving family members and friends.
