She was predeceased by: her mother Willo Dean Booth; her husband JC Johnson; and her brother Darryl Booth. She is survived by: her children, Carl R. Johnson, Sean M. Johnson (Christina), Patrick C. Johnson (Jonda) and Carole LeAnn Leonard (Scott); her grandchildren, Brooklyn M. Guadalupe (Julio), Alexander S. Leonard, Patrick Chandler Johnson II and Jay R. Johnson; her siblings, Linda McCray (Richard), Anita Campbell and Clinton Booth (Connie); and her cousin Wanda Stanley (Mark). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews and five great-grandchildren.
