We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2020, at the age of 10, Cain Andrew Adkins (Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Emily Nelson and Brandon Adkins; and his grandparents, Sam, Ellen Nelson, Robert and Denise Adkins. He is also survived by Uncles, aunts, cousins, friends.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Cain Adkins Football Scholarship Fund, c/o The Middletown Community Foundation, 300 North Main St., Suite 300 Middletown, OH 45042.
