It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl David Wooldridge of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Diana Wooldridge; his parents, Carl Wooldridge and Mildred Wooldridge (Hillenbrand); his grandson Austin Wooldridge; and his great grandchild Cayden Scott Colwell.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Avery; his stepmother Leona Wooldridge; his children, Jonathon Brewer, Rob Wooldridge (Nikki), Amy Eich (Paul), Alan Wooldridge (Angie), Valerie Wooldridge (Mike), Sandy Ante (John), Michael Wooldridge (Christy) and Tami Wooldridge; and his brothers, Joe Wooldridge (Carol) and Danny Wooldridge. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
