It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Mullins of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Mullins and Judith Ann Gunckle Mullins; and his brother-in-law Douglas H. Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Karla Jewell (Kenny) and Derrick Mullins (Autumn); his grandchildren, Katlin, Kloe and Sawyer; and his siblings, Lisa Morgan, Ron Mullins and Don Mullins (Kari). He is also survived by several nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Abilities First Foundation, Middletown, Ohio.
