She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Allen and Ella Pearl Allen (Cassidy); her husband Harold Birch; and her sister Alice Madge Allen. She is survived by: her sons, John Kenneth Young (Barbara) and James Randolph Young (Angela); and her brother Raymond Allen (Carol). She is also survived by three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
