She is survived by: her daughters, Abigail Perkins-Banks and Adrianna Perkins-Banks; her mother Karen Perkins (Lindon); her brother Sterling Douglas Perkins; her aunt Margery Wells (Orville); her uncles, Kenneth Lindon (Kathy) and Johnny Perkins; and her close friends, Terry Mueller and Jasper.
