He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Mae. He is survived by: his wife Marla Conrad (Drake); and his children, Kiley Ann Conrad, Amy Perry (Robert), Brandy Barrett and Cecil Wayne Conrad (Lori). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
