He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nathan Combs (Shirley), Edith Koenig (Clyde) and Roscoe Lunsford (Lizzy). He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Brittany Worthington (Blake), Brooklyn Harlow (Isaac) and Autumn Combs; his granddaughter Iris Worthington; his parents, Charles Combs (Pam) and Martha Sherman (Joe); and his siblings, Lisa Geloff (Greg), Kristine Anderson (Eric), David Sherman (Matt Meier), Joshua Toms, Season Brown (Les) and Carrie Johnson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
