He was predeceased by: his parents, Willy Fields and Lizzie Fields (Collins). He is survived by: his significant other Mary Hale; and his brothers, Waymon Fields (Gwendolyn), Jess Fields (Cathy) and Joe Fields. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
