It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cheryl D. Barnhiser of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Elizabeth Fern Huntsberger (Nunnamaker); her great grandchild Kuper Titan Dunning; and her siblings, Gary, Scott Huntsberger and Judy Price.
She is survived by: her husband Mick Barnhiser; her daughter Angela S. Garrett (Norm); her grandchildren, Tia Coppock (Kyler Dunning) and Tanner Garrett (Koral); her stepchildren, Dewight, Robin and Leann (Bob); her stepgrandchildren, Avery, Abrum, Madison, Marlena, Ashlyn, Jacob, Mikayla, Paige, Payton and Preston; her great grandchildren, Kohen, Kasyn, Keely, Kinzi, Mayberry and Dixie; and her siblings, Debbie Schnider (Jim), Earl Mallicoat (Elvia), Robbie Huntsberger (Miranda), Keith Huntsberger and Kenny Huntsberger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
