He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Moore and Nora Moore (Casey); and his siblings, Eugene, Mary and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore (Corless); and his children, Christopher E. Moore (Elizabeth), Ellen T. Moulton (Thomas), Daniel A. Moore (Jocelyn), Kevin G. Moore, James E. Moore, Kate Fenton (Thomas) and Stephen J. Moore. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
