Chuck Clem Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 75, Chuck Clem of Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Clem and Betty Clem (Sheley); and his pet Molly. He is survived by: his girlfriend Claudia Jackson; his siblings, Ray "Skip" Clem, Sherry Morris and Kim Cornett; his stepgrandchildren, Bradley Schenck, Austin Schenck, Kyla Bowlin and Sam Hudson; and his nieces and nephews, Shawnee Hounshal, Tracie Foster (Russ), April Bennett (Joe), Jamie Rhodes (Rocky), Misty Cornett, Nick Cornett (Myrissa) and Jordan Clem (Jenny). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
