He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Gerhart (Richard) of Beech Grove, IN and Charlee Smith of Middletown, OH; his sister Karen Freeman of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Molly, Andrew Gerhart, Brianna, Tyler Thompson and Marlee Mae Adorno; his great grandchild Kaysen Thompson; and his close friends, Dayna Cline and Jessica Lang.
