It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarice M. Conner Spicer of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Conner and Nellie Conner (Tucker); her husband Gene Raymond Spicer; and her daughter Ginger Spicer. She is survived by: her children, Pam Gibbs (Gary), Connie Sallie and Gene Spicer, Jr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
