He is survived by: his significant other Euna Horton; and his children, Jon Bolen (Patty) of Middletown, Steven Bolen of Middletown, Mark Bolen (Kathy) of Lebanon, Vada Kemp (Woody) of Indianapolis, IN and Patti Quante (David) of Chocowinity, NC.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren into their family.
