She was predeceased by: her parents, Burbridge Redd-Edwards (Bud) and Ollie Redd-Edwards; her husband Edward F. Clay; her siblings, James "Choppy" Saunders, Dorothy Coleman and Mary E. Johnson; and her grandchildren, Shawn O. Jackson and Karla Jackson-Stephens.
She is survived by: her son S. C. "Pepper" Jackson of Coconut Creek; and her grandchildren, Dawn G. Jackson, Kristi R. Roberts, Krista Jackson and Chris R. Jackson. She is also survived by relatives friends.
