He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Howard and Lavonne Howard; and his son Sam Howard. He is survived by: his wife Kim Howard (Fletcher); his son Danny Howard (Christy); his stepchildren, Karey Prince (Ron) and Ryan Grubbs (Ashlee); and his siblings, Chet, Eric Howard and Lisa Walton. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
