He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hager and Norma Jean Hager; and his son Jesse Hager. He is survived by: his son Steve Hager (Lillian); his grandchildren, Tyler Hager and Kaitlyn Hager; his siblings, Kim Hager, Ray Hager (Tammy), Randy Hager (Lisa) and Kevin Hager (Stephanie); and his friend Eddie Deaton.
