He is survived by: his children, Damon Domineck Jr. (Brody), Sommer Bockerstette (Stephen) and Shalana Caldwell (Nicholas); his grandsons, Blake Brewer and Leo Lewis; his siblings, Duane, Lennie, Richard, Sharon Domineck and Crystal Tann-Kirk; and his friend Linda McMillan.
