He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Collier and Betty Collier (Schloss); and his sister Peggy Peters. He is survived by: his wife Judith Collier (Kunze); his children, Daniel and Robyn Green (David); and his grandsons, Matthew and Cameron Green. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
