It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Fugate (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Fugate and Delora Fugate (Conrad); and his sister Linda Fleming. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Anne Fugate; his children, Tracy Fugate (Luanne), Aneisa Loveless, Leonard Fugate (Tina) and Nadell Baylor (Robert); and his brothers, Larry Fugate and William Fugate (Rosie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
