He was predeceased by: his parents, Lobert Meehan and Clara Louise Meehan (Kincaid); his wife Rebecca S. Meehan (Welsh); and his brother Kenneth Meehan. He is survived by: his children, Jason B. Meehan (Susan), Aaron Meehan (Danielle) and Shannon Tipton (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kellon, Aliyah, Faith, Audric, Caroline, Landen, Emerson, Tripp, Beck and Luca; and his brother Jerry Meehan.
