He is survived by: his wife Linda Dawson; his children, Jonathan Dawson, Terry (Brandy Taylor-Smith), Nathan Smith and Kristine Haven (James); his grandchildren, Alexis Haven, James Haven Jr., Gabriel Smith, Zander Smith, Grayson Smith, Lincoln Smith, Oliver Smith, Julia Taylor and Sox Taylor; his siblings, Jeff Dawson (Alison), Sarah Fall (Steve) and Greg Dawson (Angie); and his pets, Jasper, Priscilla, Lisa Marie, Ozzy and Dolly. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Paramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
