He was predeceased by: his sons, David Michael Norvell, Elbert (Marta Bush) and Raymond (Lorene Norvell). He is survived by: his parents, David A. Norvell (Mary) and Bonnie J. Norvell; his siblings, Greg, Tony Norvell and Michelle Ingram; his grandchildren, Gracie, Lincoln and Maddox; Shirley Keith, Jacob and Jessica Norvell. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (4500 Riverview Ave, Middletown, OH 45042).
Memorials may be given to First Baptist Church.
