Deborah left this world on September 20, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Creekbaum and Joanne Creekbaum (Kinder). She is survived by: her son Jacob Chupka (Courtney); her stepchildren, Michael Chupka (Kim) and Jessica Chupka; her grandchildren, Bailey, Ian, McKenna, Isaac, Chloe, Jason, Logan, Conner, Leah, Eric, Tatum and Blake; and her sister Leslie Oganowski. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Encounter Church (5346 Hamilton Trenton Rd, Trenton, OH 45067).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those wanting to honor Debi to donate to a diabetes organization, plant a peony, adopt a dog, or enjoy a glass of iced tea. And always remember, don't be a hateful Gus.
