She was predeceased by: her husband Steven W. Kelhoffer; her parents, Manville Chamberlain and Doris Delaine Chamberlain; and her brother Brad Chamberlain. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Barbara Kelhoffer; her siblings, Jerry Chamberlain (Martha), Mark Chamberlain (Jeanette) and Jill Clary; her sisters-in-law, Linda Lange (Doug) and Melissa Morris (Mark); and her close friend Judy Bedwell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
