He was predeceased by : his siblings, Darryl Garrett, Michael Baker and Marie Baker; and his foster father Larry Wills. He is survived by : his parents, Robert Baker and Shirley Baker (Garrett); his wife Roberta Baker; his brother Bruce Baker (Melissa); his sisters-in-law, Pam Tom (Mike) and Nancy Smith; and his foster mother Ina Sue Wills. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
