He was predeceased by: his parents, Proctor Howard and Maggie Howard (Kennaird). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Howard; his sons, Gregory Howard (Jean Ann) of Heath, OH and Geoffrey Howard (Rebecca) of Middletown, OH; his grandsons, David (Bhuvvi) and Nicholas Howard (Lisa); and his great grandchildren, Oliva, Henry and Ellora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
