He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert "Buck" Banks and Aliene Lee Banks; his brother Elbert "Bucky" Banks Jr. (Carol Sue); and his brother-in-law David Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Janeway Banks; his children, Katie Banks, Sally Banks-Guffey (David) and Andy Banks (Holly); his grandson Avery Banks; and his siblings, Carol Coffey and Gary Banks (Connie). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
