She was predeceased by: her father Donald Allen Brehm; and her sister Debbie Maloney. She is survived by: her mother Sondra Jane Brehm; her brother Donald Brehm; her sons, Alleyn Unversaw, Robert Unversaw and Matthew Caudill; her grandchildren, Lyla Unversaw, Parker Unversaw, Abbe Unversaw, Eva Unversaw, Landen Unversaw and Lillie Unversaw; her sibling's children, Rachel Spisak and Cainan Hamblin; and her close friend Devon Grashof.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations out to a charity for underserved children in honor and memory of Donna.
