She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ellen Edwards (Shue); her husband James Massey; her father Frank Staley Edwards; her brothers, James Edwards and Jerry Edwards (Cheryl); and her stepson James Massey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Davidson (Randy), Jennifer Hollon and Elizabeth McCrabb; her stepdaughter Dee Crawford; her grandchildren, Julie Barnett, Matt Davidson (Lauren), Brian Spence, Ashley Davidson, Ryan Robinson, Megan Cuaresma (Roel) and Lindsay Taylor (Zak); her great grandchildren, Bradley, Cody, Jordan Barnett, Cooper, Marin, Maddox Davidson, Quinn, Olivia Cuaresma and Clark Taylor; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Edwards. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

The family requests all attendees wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Doris' name to the Alzheimer's Association or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
