She was predeceased by: her parents, Linville Manns and Nellie Manns (Barker); her husband Paul E. Carter; her children, Billy Carter and Linda Scearce; her grandson Joshua Eldridge; and her siblings, Robert Manns, John Manns, Ron Manns, Sally Smith, Debbie Hines and Delores Martin.
She is survived by: her son James Eldridge (Yvonne); her granddaughters, Tiffany Eldridge, Kendra Childers, Amanda Carter and Jenny Carter; and her sisters, June Earley and Linda Barker. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, many loving nieces, nephews & friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
