He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Smith and Lillie Smith (Trusty); and his sisters, Cora Mae King and Charlotte Keith. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Smith (Gibbs); his children, Rosa Lee Wyatt (Ray) and Douglas "Scott" Smith (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Ashley Rae Brown (Anthony), Paige Lynn Jackson (Cody), Megan Rose Wyatt (Nathan Mueller), Grant Scott Smith and Zane Jackson Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ivory, Ronin, Easton and Ryann.
