He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stover and June Stover. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Schafer (Don Cheeks), Tammy Stover and Charles "Chuck" Stover; his nephews, Lindsey (Catrina) of Carl and Steven; and his great-nephews, Evan and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
