He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry R. Smith and Bertha L. Smith (Hart); his wife Patricia Bozeman; his siblings, Norma Jean Smith, Henrietta Lenard (Robert), Simeon Smith (Bonnie) and Charles Anthony "Tony" Smith; and his stepchildren, Reginald C. Pannell, Jr. (Charlene) and Carla Bozeman-Sanders (John). He was also cherished by step grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
