It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie J. Oakley of Middletown, Ohio, born in Owingsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roll Manley and Mattie Manley (Wells). She is survived by: her children, Tony Oakley (Pat) of Middletown, Gaye Copas (Chris) of Harveysburg, OH and David Oakley (Theo) of Middletown; and her sister Kathleen Craycraft of New Lebanon, OH.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren County, 5940 Long Meadow Drive, Middletown, OH 45005.
