She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Doughty and Mattie Doughty (McCowen); her husband John E. Tuttle; her children, Dennis, Dean, Dan Williams and Darlene Paynter; and her siblings, Lloyd, Betty Lou, Don and Judy Doughty.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Wilhelm (Deanne) and Donna Williams; her grandchildren, Rebecca Ryan (Nate), Elijah Wilhelm, Allen Slusher, Mike Slusher (Amy), Barbara Jean Egbert, Mark Egbert, Justin Williams, Bryan Williams (Alyssa), Tracy Williams, Jason Williams (Jamie), Lindsey Arrowood (Shannon), Angie Jeffery (David), Jeff Paynter (Misty), Scott Paynter and Jenny Howard; and her siblings, Brecky Dathe (Bill), Dean Doughty (Sherry) and Cam Mullins (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
