She was predeceased by: her parents, James Childers and Elizabeth Childers (Rogers); her husband Roy Tunnell; her grandsons, Josh Tunnell and David Lee Adkins Jr.; and her son-in-law David Adkins Sr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shelly Frederick, Sarah Ross, Shane Adkins and Mark Adkins. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.
