She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Hall and Marie Hall (Smith); her siblings, Gwen, Hugh and Mike; and her daughter Jody Marie.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Kelly; her children, Sandra Carpenter (Danny), Robert Kelly Jr. (Peggy), Julie Williamson and Shawn Kelly (Angie); her grandchildren, Ryan (Ashley), Kristin (Shane), Kelly, Brennan (Katy), Bethany (Trey), Jaret (Ebony), Jenna, Seth (Robyn), Evan (Maddy) and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Samuel, Brody, Cooper, Ellie, Myles and Judah; and her siblings, Frank and Janice. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Stratford Heights Church of God, nursery ministry.
