He is survived by: his wife Mary Casstevens (Hufziger); his children, Kenny Casstevens (Janet), Michele Howell, Sara Fagan (Dermot), Michael Skalley (Katie) and Jonathan Casstevens (Kristen); his grandchildren, Zachary Hudson, Breeze Howell, Kelsey, Nick Casstevens, Kaylin, Alexa, Asher Skalley and Charlie Casstevens; and his great grandchild Adelyn Hudson.
