She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Osbert Horton and Cora Ann Horton; and her sisters, Carolyn Russell, Vada Horton and Mary Wood.
She is survived by: her significant other Andy Bolen; and her children, Jon Bolen (Patty) of Middletown, Steven Bolen of Middletown, Mark Bolen (Kathy) of Lebanon, Vada Kemp (Woody) of Indianapolis, IN, Patti Quante (David) of Chocowinity, NC. and Jesus. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren into their family.
The family would like to make memorial contributions out to Hospice Care of Middletown in loving memory of Euna.
