It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evea D. Stacy of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boone Farler and Janice Farler (Webb); her husband Walter Eugene "Gene" Stacy; and her parents-in-law, Edna Warmoth and Ray Stacy.
She is survived by: her sons, Dan of Middletown and Chris (Tina) of Carlisle; her granddaughters, Alissa and Hailey; her siblings, Wiley Farler (Sue) and Darlene Fletcher (Hobert); and her nieces and nephews, Leslie, Michelle and Amy.
