She was predeceased by: her parents, William McIntosh and Marie McIntosh; and her siblings, Brenda Jansen, Myrtle Corrill, Bessie McIntosh, Mary Robbins, J. D. McIntosh, Bobbie McIntosh and Matthew McIntosh.

She is survived by: her siblings, Midge Tolson (Ron) and Donnie McIntosh; her nephews, Ronnie Tolson, Robert Tolson and Randy Tolson; and her close friend Judy Tipton. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, 5940 Longmeadow Drive, Middletown, OH 45005.
